Welcome to Peacock Concierge. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Peacock Concierge offers high-end concierge and lifestyle management services, including but not limited to:

  • Travel arrangements
  • Luxury experiences
  • Private event planning
  • Exclusive reservations
  • Personal shopping

These services are subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

Membership & Account

  • Some services may require registration or a membership subscription.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

Booking & Payments

  • Payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to specific service agreements.

Third-Party Services

  • We may engage third-party suppliers for services. Peacock Concierge is not liable for their actions, delays, or service     quality.
  • Clients are responsible for reading and agreeing to third-party terms when applicable.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing. Fees may apply based on the service type and timing.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • We strive to provide exceptional services but do not guarantee the availability of all requested experiences.
  • Peacock Concierge is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damages resulting from third-party services.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kuwait’s courts.

 

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services requested or provided through the application or the call center of the concierge services. By requesting services through the Peacock Concierge application or the Peacock Concierge call center, you agree that these terms apply to those services. The terms and conditions may be amended by Peacock Concierge from time to time.

  1. Acknowledge the accuracy of the personal data provided for registration and inform Peacock Concierge immediately if any information provided is inaccurate or if you wish to make changes.

  2. Your membership is personal. You are responsible for ensuring that no one, except your designated assistant where applicable, uses your membership.

  3. We will take all necessary steps to ensure the secure handling of your data under Peacock Concierge’s privacy policy.

  4. This membership is for personal use only and is not intended for the member’s direct or indirect business activities or the member’s employer unless explicitly allowed.

  5. Peacock Concierge reserves the right to refuse services in case of non-receipt of any due payments under these terms or if the requested services conflict with applicable laws and public norms.

  6. Peacock Concierge has the right to make any necessary changes to the services to comply with any applicable law, safety requirements, or conditions that do not significantly affect the nature or quality of the services.

  7. Telephone calls to and from Peacock Concierge may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.

  8. Peacock Concierge reserves the right to withdraw any services or accept any requests at its sole discretion.

  9. Acknowledge that all data provided for booking, ordering, or purchasing products/services is accurate, and you have sufficient funds to cover the cost.

  10. Payment for all products and services is due immediately upon acceptance of the order by the relevant supplier.

  11. Goods purchased on behalf of the member directly from a supplier are subject to the terms and conditions of that supplier.

  12. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.

  13. In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English texts, the Arabic text prevails.

  14. In all cases, Peacock Concierge’s responsibility is limited to the actions of its affiliates under its direct supervision. The company shall not be held liable for the actions of third-party service providers.

  15. The customer is fully responsible for any actual loss or damage resulting from the misuse of the membership card by the customer or any other user, whether authorized or not.

  16. All requests must be made during the membership period, and no requests or transactions are accepted after the expiration date.

  17. No party shall be liable for any failure or delay in carrying out its obligations under this agreement if that failure or delay arises directly or indirectly from any reason not reasonably foreseen or outside the control of all parties, including, for example, and not limited to, the judiciary, fate, strikes, government restrictions, embargo, and epidemic.

  18. When using concierge services in general, Peacock Concierge is not obligated to provide the service if it is not available from distributors or service providers. This includes but is not limited to, reservation services for restaurants, clubs, airlines, tourism, and travel, especially if the reservation authority is unable to book due to full occupancy or no vacancies.

  19. The charges for messenger and limo services are calculated based on the applicable zone charge.

  20. The service charge for the messenger is calculated every two hours, and in case it exceeds two hours, additional fees are calculated based on the zone and the number of additional hours or part thereof.

  21. For the messenger service for cars, the company does not bear any expenses due to accidents or breakdowns, and the car must be insured.
